Cancel / Change Order Policy

At Neooen, we understand that customers may occasionally need to update or cancel an order after it has been placed. We do our best to assist with these requests whenever possible.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order shortly after it has been placed.

Because orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after checkout.

If the order has not yet entered processing or shipment preparation, we will do our best to cancel the order successfully.

Once an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately by email and include your order number and request details.

Our team will review the order status and inform you whether the cancellation request can still be completed.

We recommend contacting us as quickly as possible to increase the chance of successful cancellation before shipment.

Order Changes

Customers may request changes to an order before the order has been processed.

Possible changes may include:

  • Updating the shipping address
  • Correcting customer information
  • Changing product details or quantities
  • Updating contact information

We will do our best to accommodate requested changes whenever possible. However, once processing begins, modifications may no longer be available.

Shipping Address Changes

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.

If you notice an error in the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

While we will try to update the address before shipment, we cannot guarantee address changes once the order has entered processing or has already been shipped.

Neooen is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations and most order changes are no longer possible.

Customers may still be eligible for a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Tracking information will be sent once the shipment has been dispatched.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If an order cancellation request is approved before shipment, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

We do not charge cancellation fees for approved cancellation requests completed before shipment.
