Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Our team carefully reviews each order to make sure all information is correct before shipment. This includes verifying payment details, confirming product availability, preparing packaging, and arranging shipment with the carrier.
Orders are processed during business days only, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

We currently offer standard shipping within the United States at a flat shipping rate.

Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.
Orders placed before the cut-off time are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will normally be processed on the next business day.
For example, if an order is placed after 5:00 PM on Friday, it will usually begin processing on Monday.
